Combined with the Neurofit one-piece shell with the new MotionCuff technology, this innovative design is specifically engineered to enhance goaltender's mobility and range of motion while providing optimal control when moving across the crease.
Skate Fit Profile
The TRUE Catalyst 9X4 Senior Goalie Skates come in sizes 7-11.5 in both regular and wide skate widths. It is typically a good guideline to drop your shoe size by about 1.5 sizes to find your fit. The skate should fit snug around your foot for maximum comfort and support when pushing off.
Boot Construction & Stiffness Profile
The TRUE thermoformable one-piece carbon fiber shell is one of TRUE's newest designs, and alongside with it the Neurofit technology helps create this high quality boot. This skate has a plastic base shell insert which helps to improve rivet hold & durability, and the stainless steel rivets improve skate durability and longevity.
Liner & Internal Padding
Inside the skate, the 9X4 goalie skates feature a clarino liner. This liner is designed to enhance foot lock and moisture wicking, keeping goalies feet dryer for longer. They also feature poured PU side panels for extreme abrasion resistance, keeping the foot protected and improving the durability of the skate.
Tongue
The 9X4 skate uses a lightweight pro goalie tongue with a molded T-Guard. The T-Guard is used often in TRUE's skates and is built to help protect against lace bite and impact. The tongue and T-guard are built to provide goaltenders with the ultimate fit, comfort, and a high level of protection.
Steel/Runner & Blade Holder
TRUE Catalyst 9X4 Goalie Skates feature the Shift Attack holder and steel blades. The Shift Attack holder is furnished with new Bench Change technology, which helps make changing your skate runners out seamless and easy. The stainless runner is simple and designed to last longer than standard steel.
